Fulton Connected is a community-support initiative. This website offers public information and a way to contact us. It is not a case-management portal, benefits application, medical service, payment system, or emergency service.

Information We Collect

When you choose to use the contact form, we collect the name, email address, inquiry category, subject, and message you provide. We use this information only to review and respond to that inquiry.

Do not send Social Security numbers, government ID images, benefit documents, medical information, immigration information, political information, payment information, or detailed hardship narratives through this form.

How Form Messages Are Routed

Contact-form submissions are sent through a configured webhook so Fulton Connected can respond. We do not make a public claim about retention timing, confidentiality, or downstream handling beyond that configured receiver. If you need to share sensitive information, do not use this form.

Analytics and Public Resources

This site may use analytics configured for site operation and improvement. Public resource links lead to third-party websites with their own privacy practices. Fulton Connected does not control those sites or their information handling.

Your Questions and Requests

To ask about a message you sent, request a correction, or ask that we delete information we received through the contact form, email admin@fultonconnected.org. We will review the request using the information available to us.
